Beachwood Resort
Located 30 minutes north of Peterborough,
Beachwood Resort is on Deer Bay, part of Lower
Buckhorn Lake on the Trent-Severn Waterway. We
can accommodate up to 100 people based on double
occupancy. Our meeting facilities consist of one large room
for up to 50 people with round tables or 70
people theatre-style, two breakout rooms for up
to 15 people, and one small room for eight
people. The  dining room features an
old-fashioned hardwood floor and meals, prepared
by Chef Dennis E. Snyder, are truly delicious.
Beachwood Resort has 1,200 feet of shoreline
with lakefront cottages, condos and a hotel. Our
large lawns at lakeside are great for weddings,
outdoor meetings, or "Lunch on the
Lawn" -- a great way to break up the day.
There's good swimming right off the dock but, if
the cold water doesn't appeal to you, we also
have a heated outdoor pool. Paddle boats and
canoes are complimentary, as is our tennis court
and horseshoe pit. Another great way to spend
some "down-time" is a trip around the
lake in our pontoon boat. Give us a call or send
